The challenge with this space was working around existing conditions and leaving the adjacent suite in a leasable state. The result is a beautiful office space, with a floor plan that works and allows for future growth.

Atlanta – 40,000 sq. ft.

The challenge with this renovation project was to be able to fit 440 employees in a space that was designed for 220 people. We also had to keep it both functional and code-compliant. To achieve these goals, we designed a custom workstation with curves.

The curves in the workstations eliminated the problem of chairs backing up into one another, and allowed for access aisles to be changed from 8′-0″ to 4′-0″. We had the furniture manufacturer build a prototype workstation for the client’s approval. We were then able to add the additional employees, team rooms, copy areas and touch down rooms.

Lawrenceville, GA – 17,800 sq. ft.

This space is the corporate headquarters for Brand Mortgage. The executive side of the space had to be completely separate from the loans and processing divisions, with access to common areas by both executive and staff members.

Atlanta – 25,000 sq. ft.

The objective for this project was to move offices away from the exterior glass to the interior of the space, and allow more natural light into the space. Employees in workstations on Level 8 now have a view to the exterior as well, which increases morale and productivity. We added a Virtual Business Center area for group presentations, and for out-of-town staff to work in when on site.

McDonough, GA – 56,500 sq. ft. –  Levels 1 & 2

This building was designed from the interior space plan. We drew a rectangle based on input from the base building architect and began space planning and design from there.

When the client signed off on the final space plan, we sent the plan back to the base building architect for the exterior shell design. The client challenged us to provide them with a ’20 year facility’ plan for future growth, and providing them with high end finishes, but also low maintenance finishes.

The lobby walls, floors, and the grand staircase are clad in quartz tiles. Office and conference room walls are custom designed of wood and glass.

We designed the custom millwork and custom furniture made of the finest wood veneers, with ebony and ivory inlays.

This renovation project included adding offices, reconfiguring workstations, and choosing new millwork and finishes. We also renovated the restroom to comply with the Americans with Disability Act. The Lakes project for Brand Bank was undertaken in 2 phases.
